What is it like to work with you?
You deal with me, not a call center. You hear back the same day, you get told what a house is worth even when that is not what you want to hear, and you always know what happens next.
How do you help buyers win the house they want?
Preparation, then speed. We get your financing solid before we tour, so your offer is credible on day one. New listings reach you the day they hit the MLS. On tour I tell you what is wrong with a house as well as what is right. And when you want it, the offer is built around more than price: earnest money, closing date, how long we need to inspect, and what we ask the seller to pay all decide who wins.
How do you get sellers the best price?
The price comes from what has actually closed near you, not from a guess or an automated estimate. Then we prepare the house, photograph it properly and launch it while attention is highest, because most of your serious buyers see it in the first week. When offers come in I compare them on terms, not just the headline number, and I negotiate the inspection and the appraisal so the deal you accept is the deal that closes.
What do the homes you sell cost?
From the low $200,000s to homes approaching $2 million. Most are three-, four- and five-bedroom houses for families moving within the south metro, and the service is the same at every price.
